Paul has over twenty-five years of international experience advising senior decision-makers on strategy, operations and M&A with a focus on creating shareholder value.

Paul leads major strategy development, organisational design, corporate finance, restructuring and M&A assignments. Paul has deep experience in Financial Services (leasing, mortgages, money transmission, investmen banking, lending, cards, etc), Business and Consumer Services (including FM, Roadside Services, Fleet Management) and Automotive (distribution, services). In additiona, Paul has led high value at stake strategy, performance improvement and M&A initiatives across a range of sectors: Retail, Healthcare / Pharma, Travel & Leisure, Branded Consumer Goods, Energy, Logistics, Media and Telecoms clients. Paul continues to work closely with his clients, ranging from multinational corporations, PE firms, VCs and SMEs.
